- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Seasonal clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team via our Contact Form within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
